When filing your Copyright Dispute, please provide all information applicable and the disputed URL locations in your complaint. Please be descriptive as possible.

NETCHECK CAN ONLY ACCEPT COMPLAINTS ON COMPANY'S / INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE ON THE INTERNET AND/OR HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS IN WHICH TO FORWARD YOUR COMPLAINT. We facilitate and arbitrate all complaints interactively on-line via email.

Please also include what you would consider to be a satisfactory resolution to your complaint. The more information you provide, the quicker we will be able to assist you.

Netcheck is not a legal forum. We will assist in the faciliation of every complaint received at Netcheck. However, with any dispute, it takes both parties to communicate to find a satisfactory resolution.
