COMPANY DESCRIPTION

--Grains is a newsletter for commodity futures traders interested in trading wheat, soybeans and corn using Wm. Grandmill's method. It provides and updates the information needed to apply the principles described in Wm. Grandmill's book, "Investing In Wheat, Soybeans, Corn" which is available from Windsor Books, P.O. Box 280, Brightwaters, NY USA 11718 (contact Jeff or Merrie Schmidt at phone: 516-321-7830 or fax: 516-321-1435). Mr. Grandmill published his own private newsletter for 16 years for customers of his Self Help Books (he wrote many--the one mentioned above sums up all his works except for his soybean options book). Subscribers to his own private newsletter benefited by letting him do their leg work for them. At age 79, Mr. Grandmill suffered a stroke and in his own words, published his "last newsletter ever" on December 9, 1994. At the urging of many of his original subscribers, Grains newsletter undertook to continue to provide that service. After 5 years, our subscriber list is growing and we have had no complaints about the service we provide.
