I had many questions going into this purchase. I emailed Fred and got an immediate response. All my questions were answered promptly and kindly. I even called to place the order and got Fred on his cell phone at a trade show. He advised my to order online and he would personally make sure that I got what I needed. Fred runs a TOP NOTCH business. I shopped and compared at local Jewlery stores and also all over the internet. I bought a ring from Headress and paid 30%-40% less than any local store, and 10%-20% less than any other internet site. Upon receipt, I had the ring appraised and the appraisal came out at exactly what the local stores wanted to charge me. I know that I saved about $3500 because a local jeweler had his supplier price sheet out in front of me and merely added $3500 to the same size and quality diamond ring. I sent them back and was given a refund. They invited me out to an antique show they were participating in in Florida. The date of the show coincidentally coincided with our week vacation in Florida. I learned that this company had a pair of very fine Zeiss binoculars for sale. By a comparison of prices and condition I determined that this was the only pair available on the world market for such a price, which I determined to be about 50% of the market rate. I cannot remember if I used my Visa account or sent a money order, but I do know I received the glasses in better condition than I expected, in far less time than expected, and I am delighted with the transaction.
